Modern Minimalist Design Emissions

Saturday, August 17, 2013

Green minimalist modern home was designed by Michelle Kaufmann, and is located in Northern California. Located in an area 1550 square meters to make the house look smaller than other homes in this area, but Michelle Kaufmann designed the house feel larger and more comfortable.

In terms of sustainable design, a butterfly roof provides a Windows pleasant sail just below the natural ventilation. Solar energy is just the right angle on the roof when the rain garden will benefit from drainage water collected from the nucleus of the roof.

There will also be intelligent insulation, efficient windows and systems, LED and compact fluorescent lamps, Energy Star, and a gray water system. The efficient design when combined with the solar photovoltaic system is expected to make a net zero energy house.
