1. Your opponent opens by moving their pawn to F4. This crucial move will exposure your opponent's King diagonal allowing to be captured.

2. Your pawn is moved to E6, allowing for both your queen and bishop to be able to move across the chessboard.

3. Your opponent moves their pawn to G4, continuing to expose their King's diagonal.

4. You move your queen to H4, placing the King in checkmate.

Why is this checkmate?

Your opponent's King has nowhere to move, and no pieces to block the queen's attack, or capture the queen.

If your opponent does not move both pawns out, this 2 move checkmate will not work, which is why it's rare to happen.
